Return-policy

All purchases may be returned within 14 days. Please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as when they were received. All returned items must include original packaging, including all labels or tags, and invoice along with the item. If an item has been cut, soiled, washed, or altered, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please use the return form to request a return. We will send you a return confirmation email, including shipping return instructions as soon as we have processed your return. The items must be returned within 14 days after receiving shipping return instructions. Afrosha Elegant Textile Empire shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return without using the return form, since we will not be able to process your return and therefore unable to do a refund.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received your return and checked the returned items (with a maximum of 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account used at the time of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are unexpectedly delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@afroshaete.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Include an image and description of the material defects or damage. We will arrange a solution or an exchange with a new item.

 

Shipping costs

 

The costs of return shipping your items are at your own expense. Shipping return costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, we advise you to use a shipping service with Track & Trace and save the receipt.
